ParticipantSniper’s range is too long in my opinion for 4x and even more so for 6x scopes.
SE 6x scopes can cover the whole map if there are no shot blockers really.
No shot blockers? impossible! Look at Vielsam. Middle is pretty exposed. You put a sniper around your spawn and cover the whole middle point without being exposed. You get two of them and enemy will have a really bad time trying to deal with them. They have longer range than a lot of artillery pieces.In my opinion they should have the range reduced by far. Maybe the scope should give more detection in the cone field of view ability. It’s kind of silly as it stands rn.

Moderatorsnipers are not the issues, it’s the US lack of similarly ranged spotters to see and deal with them.

ParticipantAnd what are you gonna spot it with when you spot them, look at them funny with your M20? I mean, that is if you manage it to get close enough, especially when it’s detection radius is at least 5 times as small as the 4x scope sniper range. How are you gonna spot them in the first place if they have so much range that they can just sit in the base?
