Changelog 3.3.7 + hotfix (a) and (b) is now live on steam

Hi Wikingers:

The team finish a new patch. This one is focus on Soviet “OMSBON”. Also there is a lot of new elements like new units, balance and bug fixes. The team work hard for about 3 months to have this new version. I hope you guys enjoy it and like always I want to say thank you to all my team for the big effort in this new version and the community for their feedback.
