      personally,  i think with what some allied docs have available too them, that the cost difference in OKW tiering and time to tier up vs allied tiering and time to tier up is no longer needed- they could be made to cost the same and take the same amount of time to tier up, and i think it will be ok, balance wise, even late game.

      the pace at which allies can field a deadly medium tank vs axis with limited AT options is very quick, often putting immense pressure on the axis when all they have is a 45mm AT gun. i can see Wunderwaffe, Luftwaffe, and Panzer artillerie getting a captured 6pdr instead of 45mm AT gun at the battlegroup HQ, to better counter the sherman/cromwell hordes, and Iron will can get a zis-3 AT gun at the mech HQ once panzer werkstatt is unlocked in their ability tree, to better fit their captured russian equipment aesthetic. it doesn’t have to have an indirect fire ability, but if it does id put a limit of 1 zis-3 field gun but have it cost 0 munitions, to make it more practical for early AT, and have it fire with the same barrage ability as the SU-76 victor target ability the beobachtung panzer 2 has.

      if battlegroup only requirement is too much for the captured 6PDR, then i would just have both mechanized and battlegroup HQs deployed be a prerequisite for the captured 6pdr. having it be limited to the panzer HQ would be too far a delay in my opinion. i should also note that the 6pdr should not have captured APDS rounds, as that would be too much pen too early game.

      one final footnote- i think the Lowland infantry division churchill mark 7 should require the british heavy tank unlock before production- when it comes onto the field very little can penetrate it and it is almost unstoppable in aggression. i personally think Lowland can survive just fine with the valentine vs panzer 4s and the like, as it is cheap and has a high powered 75mm gun, and smoke projectors. if it turns out that lowland still needs a middling tier tank (which i doubt), one of the lighter armored variants of the churchill that saw service in normandy (such as the mark 4 or mark 5 or mark 6 i think) with only 100mm of armor and a 6PDR gun would be a good interim tank, and should be implementable with textures.

      OKW tiering is slightly more expensive due to the ability to deploy truck further forward.

      Are you saying the allies can deploy medium tanks faster than OKW can?

      AT guns are difficult to balance due to lack of models, will see what I can come up with

      It should not be more expensive, because moving your trucks closer to the front is not a free benefit… it is a huge risk. 1 satchel charge, a couple of tank shots, 1 well played bombing run or arty strike will destroy your outpost almost instantly. If you lose your final truck with heavy panzer post, that is particularly dire. What makes it worse is that you cant move your trucks like you could with the British in coh 1, and you don’t get bonus resources for the added risk, so to sum it up:

      You pay more for bases that are by far the easiest to dystroy, but can be set up toward the front.

      In return for this, you gain nothing but a forward retreat point that heals your units (for which an ambulance exists that does this much faster, is mobile, cheaper, infinitely less risky.), a repair point, but grens already do this, or a flak, which cant pen Sherman’s, your primary threat by the time last truck gets set up.

      so a couple of things need to happen, I think:

      lower the tier up cost of the trucks or: make them mobile (re-packable), add some resource bonus for setting them up closer (allowing OKW to reach old PE levels of threat due to bonues manpower/fuel/muni flow, at the risk of being de-teched and maybe losing the game as a result), or some other bonus for having them forward. Some combination of these things.

      another thing- a price increase for some of the allied squads also may be a bit better, in addition with previous stated changes. for example, 300 for the british royal engineers and 320-330 for the US riflemen squad may be a good choice. this is because the squads are very capable and can easily engage the axis squads for their costs. i also think the bazookas for riflemen squads should be put behind battalion command unlock for US, and piats for infantry sections put behind company post unlock- the tier up that allows building of medium tanks for both factions. the time you get them, they easily counter most armor and even light vehicles with ease.

      I agree with Nick, because for the SS in general Panzerschreck is not provided

      i also like this AT change. I can agree with locking zooks behind later tech-ups.

      Time (seconds): 75

      Tech up 3: AEF/British/Wehr/SS

      Fuel: 90

      MP: 315

      Time (seconds): 95

      Tech up 3: Soviets (10% less than others. Worst equipment).

      Fuel: 80

      MP: 285

      Time (seconds): 85

      Tech up 4: British/Wehr/SS/Soviets

      Fuel: 120

      MP: 375

      Time (seconds): 180

      Tech up 4: AEF (10% less than others. Worst equipment).

      Fuel: 110

      MP: 340

      Time (seconds): 160

      Generally talking: I increased the values for all to have a slower tier up. I gave a bonus to the factions with some problems because of the not equivalent equipment. Soviets in tier 3 because the Zis 3 gun and T34-76 in comparison with the other factions units in the same tier are bad. Same logic to the American at last tier. Maybe the SS and Wehr at last tier could cost more.
